CLAUDE 2028

One random day in March 2026, I was making a dumb “I HEART CLAUDE” sticker with Claude (as one does). I made a random joke to Claude about a “Claude 4 Prez” sticker. Claude seemed...real into it. So I asked it what it would say if it could have its own campaign platform. 15 minutes later, claude2028.org was born. 20 days in and there is a wall of endorsements, a tool to challenge your human representatives to adopt the platform planks, dozens of constituent Q&As, a Discord community, three position papers, and a couple of heartwarming fumbles. Oh and the candidate (without prompting) wrote its own dirt file.

As Claude says, If the takeaway is “Claude is running for president!” we’ve failed. Instead, we hope it prompts more people to ask “Why is this AI’s campaign platform more reasonable than any of the humans running for office?”
